St. Helen School recognizes the parents as the primary educators of their children. We are committed to working in partnership with parents to see that each students reaches his or her full potential. Parents participate in the life of the school through their participation in the many events and activities planned by the students, faculty, staff and parent teacher organization (PTO) at St. Helen School, and by participation in the volunteer service hour program.
Parent Communication
Parent communication is important at St. Helen School. The administration and faculty strives to keep families informed of school and parish events throughout the school year. Families receive monthly calendars, hot lunch program menus and newsletters and reminders from the office of the principal. Each classroom teacher sends home weekly reminders and updates keeping families informed of events and activities at St. Helen School as well as St. Helen Church throughout the school year.
